What we expect
- We do not offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive or accept bribes, whether directly or through a third party;
- We do not make facilitation payments or “kickbacks” of any kind;
- Gifts and hospitality may only be given or accepted where they are reasonable, proportionate, properly recorded and not intended to improperly influence any decision;
- Employees, contractors and anyone acting on our behalf must comply with this policy.
Raising a concern
Responsibility for this policy rests with the Director. Anyone who suspects bribery or corruption connected to our business should report it in confidence to contact@kazap.co.uk. We will not penalise anyone for raising a genuine concern.
