If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please tell us so that we can put things right. Email contact@kazap.co.uk with details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it fairly, and aim to provide a full response within a reasonable time, keeping you informed of progress.

Whistleblowing

We encourage anyone – including employees, contractors and partners – to report genuine concerns about wrongdoing such as criminal activity, fraud, bribery, danger to health and safety, or the deliberate concealment of any of these. Concerns can be raised in confidence at contact@kazap.co.uk.

We will treat all disclosures seriously and sensitively, and no one who raises a genuine concern in good faith will suffer any detriment as a result. Qualifying disclosures are protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
