How it works in practice
We sit with the people doing the work, map the process as it really runs, and find the steps that cost the most time, money or errors. Then we design the simplest fix. Sometimes that is new software. Sometimes it is a change to how a tool you already pay for is used.
For a London law firm, we moved requests out of email threads with 50+ recipients into one portal that routes them to lawyers in 45+ countries; turnaround became two to three times faster. On a lease and licence platform, a sign-off between five and seven parties went from up to two weeks to two hours.
Some engagements stop at the plan, by design. For start-ups in materials delivery and volunteering, a hospitality business and a property developer, we delivered viability and competitor research, an architecture, a data model and an MVP design in one to two months. Whether to build was their call.
